The news today, read by the ever-lovely Susanna Reid, told us that only 11% of the Police Force were actually "front-line". That, she said, was "one in ten".
Ouch.
It is actually 1 in 9 (= 11.1%).

1 in 10 = 10%, 1 in 9 = 11.1%, 1 in 8 = 12.5%, 1 in 7 = 14.3%, 1 in 6 = 16.7%, 1 in 5 = 20%
